Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic National People & Culture Manager to lead our human resources initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in shaping our company culture, driving talent acquisition, and implementing HR programs that support business growth. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including recruiting, sourcing through HRIS systems like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and ADP.
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation and process improvements across multiple departments.
- Oversee HR programs related to employee relations, training & development, and employee engagement to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HR operations including payroll processing via Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Ceridian platforms while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate with external vendors for HR sourcing, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
- Utilize data collection and analysis skills to evaluate HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct negotiations related to employment terms, benefits administration, and vendor contracts to optimize organizational resources.
- Implement process improvements in HR workflows using tools like Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar systems to enhance efficiency.
- Lead budgeting efforts for HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Deliver presentations on HR strategies and cultural initiatives to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management with supervisory responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive background in talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and change management.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors), payroll systems (Kronos, UltiPro), and other HR technology platforms such as ADP or Ceridian.
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in vendor management and employment negotiations.
- Skilled in data analysis and reporting using HR analytics tools for data collection and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with training & development programs as well as budgeting processes within human resources functions.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
