We are seeking a dedicated and skilled TireTechnician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to work with hand and power tools, as well as the capability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
*Qualifications*
- Proven mechanical knowledge, particularly in automotive repair.
- Experience working with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks.
- Sales experience is a plus, as you may assist in promoting additional services to customers.
- A valid driver's license is required.
