What You'll Do
As our Operation Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our day to day success.
-Lead, coach and inspire our teams of residential cleaning professionals.
-Own the scheduling and dispatching process to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction.
-Conduct quality control visits and ensure every home meets our high standards.
-Handle client communications with professionalism and care- turning problems into positive experiences.
-Recruit, train and onboard new team members as we grow.
-Monitor supplies, equipment, and operational needs to keep everything running smoothly.
-Track team performance, provide feedback and build a culture of accountability and excellence.
-Maintain organized records of operations, schedules and client preferences and feedback.
- Ensure all safety procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
What You Bring
- Experience in cleaning, operations, or a service industry (leadership experience is a strong asset)
-Strong organizational and time management skills- you can juggle a lot without dropping the ball.
-Confident communicator who can lead a team and build client trust.
-A proactive, solutions focused mindset.
-Tech-comfortable (scheduling tools, basic systems) House call Pro and excel experience and asset
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.
