Are you a skilled, licensed Appliance Repair Technician who loves the hands-on work but hates the headaches of chasing leads, arguing with customers over pricing, and managing paperwork?
We are a rapidly growing appliance service and logistics management company in the GTA. We handle the heavy lifting—premium marketing, full job dispatching, customer intake, and billing—so you can focus entirely on what you do best: diagnosing and fixing machines.
We are looking for elite, professional Independent Subcontractors to join our network. If you have your own tools, truck, and a drive to maximize your earning potential, we will keep your schedule as full as you want it to be.
What You Will Do:
- Provide top-tier in-home diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for major residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens/ranges).
- Maintain a high professional standard of customer service and communication while representing the brand on-site.
- Accurately log job updates, parts needed, and completion notes via our mobile dispatch app.
What We Require (Strict Requirements):
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in residential appliance repair. Experience with premium/luxury brands (Bosch, Miele, Sub-Zero) or Korean brands (Samsung/LG) is a massive asset.
- Business Setup: Must operate as a registered Sole Proprietor or Incorporated Business in Ontario with a valid Business Number.
- Tools & Truck: Must have your own reliable, unmarked service vehicle and a complete set of diagnostic/hand tools (digital multimeters, gauges, vacuum pumps, etc.).
- Insurance & Safety: Must possess active Commercial General Liability (CGL) Insurance (minimum $2M) and a clean WSIB Clearance Certificate (or WSIB Independent Operator ruling).
- Certifications: Valid Ontario Driver’s License (G Class) with a clean driving record, TSSA Gas Technician License (G2 or DA) is required for gas appliance calls.
