In Ontario, we partner with Air Canada to bring passengers to and fromToronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ)from Kingston, Hamilton, Waterloo Region (Kitchener), Muskoka, Niagara, and Sarnia. Our luxury motorcoaches replace short-haul flights with a faster, more sustainable alternative—reducing costs, helping address pilot shortages, and enhancing the passenger experience.
The Role:
At our Niagara-on-the-Lake hub we are looking for a part-time motorcoach driver to join our team! This individual will have a varying schedule but will always know well in advance what their schedule will look like. During each shift, drivers can expect to make one to two loops between YCM and YYZ, with a scheduled stop at a partner hotel on each route.
In addition to your driving responsibilities, you will assist with the loading/unloading of passenger baggage and cargo during the boarding and disembarkation process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Safe, responsible, and timely operation of our passenger vehicles
Accurate and timely completion of MTO and Company-required documentation, including electronic logs and vehicle inspections
Courteous and thoughtful treatment of passengers and other drivers sharing the roadway
Professional conduct at all times while on duty or in uniform
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in a diligent and comprehensive manner with a special focus on safety.
Safely load and unload baggage and cargo weighing up to 70 pounds/32 kg per unit and push/pull luggage carts with multiple items loaded
Fuel and clean vehicles

Requirements:
Valid BZ or CZ driving license and a minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience operating motorcoaches or buses
Ability to provide a driver’s abstract clear of any demerits
Criminal reference check required
Applicants must complete a pre-employment drug test to comply with company safety requirements
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the loading and unloading of luggage
Confident and experienced in the use of tablets, smart phones, and online applications
High School Diploma or equivalent education required
Excellent customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
