Job Summary
Vexa Physio & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Registered Physiotherapist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions while delivering exceptional patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive clinic dedicated to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Required Working Days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical history and conducting physical examinations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, rehabilitation programs, and other treatment modalities.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Stay current with the latest physiotherapy research and participate in continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Valid professional liability insurance.
- Excellent assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment skills.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in outpatient private practice is an asset but not required.

Pay: $30.00-$60.00 per hour
