Cook – Back of House
As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing our signature burgers and meals to perfection. You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure food quality, safety, and speed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to Carl’s Jr. standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Work as part of a fast-moving team to meet customer demand
Ideal Candidate:
- Kitchen or grill experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Cashier – Front of House
As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of Carl’s Jr., greeting customers with a smile and taking accurate orders.
Responsibilities:
- Take and process customer orders at the counter or drive-thru
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments
- Keep front-of-house areas clean and presentable
- Deliver great customer service every time
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
- Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
