Multi Concept Hospitality Leader
Blue Mountain, Ontario
We are looking for a high-performing operator to lead multiple restaurant concepts in one of Ontario’s busiest resort destinations.
This is not a corporate desk job.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the restaurants, coaching managers, solving problems, building systems, improving operations, and making businesses better every single day.
You’ll oversee several unique hospitality concepts including casual dining, cafés, quick service and seasonal operations.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and developing restaurant managers
- Holding managers accountable to standards and performance
- Driving sales and improving the guest experience
- Daily labour management and scheduling
- Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding team members
- Helping build a strong management team
- Monitoring food cost, inventory and waste
- Ensuring every location meets cleanliness and hospitality standards
- Creating systems that make the business stronger—not just fixing today’s problem
- Reviewing financial performance and KPIs
- Supporting marketing initiatives and local store promotions
- Visiting every location regularly and being visible with the team
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has managed multiple restaurant locations before
- Is a natural leader people want to follow
- Can coach without micromanaging
- Makes decisions confidently
- Loves hospitality and understands guest experience
- Is organized and highly accountable
- Can prioritize quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Is comfortable using technology including scheduling, POS and reporting systems
- Wants to build something long-term

Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience
- Multi-unit management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Financial understanding of labour, food cost and KPIs
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays when required
