Established in 1990, Shakespeare Homes & Renovations is an award-winning North Vancouver custom home builder specializing in high-end custom homes, major renovations, and energy-efficient construction. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Construction Site Lead to oversee daily site operations and help deliver exceptional projects from excavation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily site operations and coordinate trades, schedules, and material deliveries.
· Perform carpentry and assist with construction activities as required.
· Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
· Monitor quality, progress, and workmanship throughout construction.
· Work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
· Review drawings and resolve construction issues proactively.
· Assist with material prep, site logistics, and project planning.
· Identify change orders and communicate project updates.
Qualifications
· 8-10+ years of residential construction experience.
· 5+ years leading custom home projects.
· Strong carpentry background with a toolbelt-on approach.
· Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
· Knowledge of the BC Building Code and municipal inspections.
· Experience coordinating multiple trades.
· Valid BC Driver's Licence.
· Eligible to work in Canada.
Preferred Certifications: Not required, but an asset
· Occupational First Aid Level 1

Position Details
· Full-time, permanent
· Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
· $45.00–$50.00/hour
· North Vancouver and surrounding North Shore communities
· Reliable transportation required
