Duties
- Live out the Mission, Vision and Values of the company
- Bring ideas and thoughts to quarterly staff meetings
- Accountable to lead the production team at a high level
- Making best use of time spent on shift to efficiently complete jobs
- Being on time for shifts and having availability to complete orders that may go longer than the shift
- Recognizing that initiative could also mean helping out other areas of operations from time to time
- Bring forth a positive attitude that reflects the values and vision of the company
- Contribute to the success of all departments through the leadership of the production department
- Training and supervising other members of the Production Team
- Understand incoming work orders and to communicate effectively with other departments for clarity and updates
- Understand and utilize the various pieces of printing equipment to successfully complete work orders
- Keep printing equipment busy while minimizing misprints and defects
- Maintaining printers for seamless operability
- Lifting heavy rolls of media to load various printers (around 55lbs) and install jobs
- Maintaining stock levels of media and shop supplies by placing orders with providers
- Taking charge of installs both on and offsite and requesting help from team members when needed
- Maintaining cleanliness of production area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
