Job Summary:
We are seeking an Esthetician who is flexible and has experience with esthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to various work environments.
This position is a variable-hours part-time position, with flexible scheduling, including Saturdays and Mondays. Scheduling requirements may vary from week to week.
The right candidate will have growth opportunities as we expand our range of services and locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, waxing, laser hair removal and other services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Educate clients on skincare products and post-treatment care.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
- Maintain a clean and professional treatment environment and overall clinic presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Document all services accurately and ensure client confidentiality
- Assist at the front desk answering phones, emails, texts, checking clients out, instruct clients to fill out forms, manage records, etc.)
- Manage bookings, changes and cancellations through our booking system.
- Able to work, and post on social media.
- Answer patient’s questions in person or via messaging regarding the procedures.
- Follow up with clients and help maintain long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in aesthetics or dermatology (preferred)
- Certification in Laser Technologies and Medical Aesthetics (preferred)
- Self-driven and eager to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with scheduling, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Advanced level of English and Portuguese (required)
