Upskill with Confidence
Didn’t get extensive rehab training in school? No problem. We’ll train you, step by step, to become a confident, in-demand rehab professional.
What We’re Looking For:
Kinesiology Degree + BCAK Registered
Driven to Learn – You want exposure to many case types and enjoy seeing real patient results.
Team-Oriented – You thrive in collaborative environments and love contributing to bigger-picture outcomes.

Open to Growth – You’re coachable and motivated to evolve into an expert.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver active rehab programs for a mix of your own KIN clients and shared physio cases
- Guide clients through gym-based recovery, injury prevention, and functional return
- Track progress, communicate with the care team, and adapt plans for maximum outcomes
- Empower patients through education and engagement every step of the way
Compensation & Perks:
- Guaranteed Base Pay: Starting at $18 + $7 per consult.
- Commission-Based Growth: Earn up to $35+/hr. based on client engagement and caseload
