Position Overview
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer phones, emails, and patient inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Process payments and direct billing transactions
- Assist practitioners with administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Support daily clinic operations and help ensure a smooth patient experience

Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: Flexible; weekday, evening, and weekend availability is an asset.
