Northern Metalic Sales is an established, independent Industrial Supplier with stores across Alberta & BC.
We are currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Branch Manager
The Branch Manager’s primary responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:
· Manage branch performance, allocate resources and set policies to achieve business targets
· Ensure staff are providing quality service to customers
· Assist staff in daily operations
· Set and ensure branch sales goals are met
· Manage budgets, allocate branch funds and define financial objectives.
· Evaluate employee performance and provide positive feedback
· Develop and implement sales strategy in coordination with sales manager
· Increase brand awareness for the company within the community
· Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
· Resolve customer issues
· Forecast and assess market for business opportunities.
We are seeking individuals with a minimum of five years' experience within a distribution environment. Previous supervisory experience is an asset. Individuals with excellent computer, organizational, communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be given preference.
