We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Gas Station Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers while managing fuel sales. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently. * Please note that this is an outdoor job pumping gas! We work rain or shine to provide the best service to customers*
Duties
- Greet customers warmly.
- Your main job is to pump fuel efficiently, ensuring a smooth transaction process for all customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station and store area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for change.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with effective communication.
- Monitor fuel levels and report any discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
