Key Responsibilities
- Install & Maintain: Set up, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems (including heat pumps, furnaces, AC units, and ventilation).
- Troubleshoot & Inspect: Diagnose system issues, perform routine maintenance, and optimize system performance.
- Customer Excellence: Provide friendly, professional service and clearly explain technical solutions to clients.
- Tech-Savvy Operations: Complete digital documentation of work details, equipment specs, and recommendations using our CRM.
- Safety First: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and local industry compliance standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Level 2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic (Minimum).
- Experience: 2–3 years of progressive HVAC experience; strong installation experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Robust technical troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Location: Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Duncan, BC.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
