We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and innovate menu offerings to delight our guests. This role requires a proactive leader with proven supervising experience and a deep understanding of restaurant management and hospitality. This person will have control of the menu. We want someone who can elevate our menu
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the culinary team, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
- Develop and innovate menu items that align with brand standards and customer preferences
- Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless serving experiences for guests
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and maintain a motivated team environment
- Maintain consistent quality control across all dishes served
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations
- Excellent team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Extensive restaurant management experience including overseeing daily operations
- Deep knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Exceptional skills in food service, hospitality, and serving guests’ needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
