Trailer Mechanic at our
Dartmouth location.
This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a contagious can-do attitude in the workplace. We’re looking for a trailer mechanic responsible for the repair and maintenance of large commercial trailers. This job requires physical strength, including heavy lifting, frequent bending, and working in tight spaces.
Responsibilities and requirements:-
Repairing and replacing parts of trailers including mechanical, brakes, bearings, suspensions, electrical systems, and hitch installs

Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions

Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications

Estimate parts and labour costs

Perform scheduled maintenance service

Complete reports to record problems and work performed.

Review work orders and discuss work with Service Advisor

Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:-
Licensed trailer technician is a must
-
MVI licensed is a must
-
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Schedule:-
9-hour shift

Monday to Friday
