Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with food presentation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of food service areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and washrooms.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. (MAPAQ)
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak service times.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Support bartending operations as needed, ensuring proper handling of beverages.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A background in hospitality or restaurant settings is a plus.
