We're looking for a client-first relationship builder. Someone who can own accounts independently, keep clients aligned with strategy, and ensure everything promised gets delivered. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, representing Growth Boss in every interaction and keeping internal teams accountable to client goals.
This is a client-facing, execution-oriented role. You'll run strategy meetings independently, manage feedback loops between clients and internal teams, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and retention.
Core Responsibilities
- Own assigned client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the engagement
- Conduct strategy and performance review meetings with clients independently
- Translate client goals, feedback, and expectations into clear direction for the creative, marketing, and production teams
- Monitor campaign progress and deliverables to ensure timely, on-brief execution
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, flagging risks early and identifying upsell or expansion opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Director, Creative Director, Project Manager, media buying, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory): you will conduct client meetings independently
- 3+ years in account management at a digital marketing, creative, or content agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services including paid media, organic social, and content marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage up and across teams effectively

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
