Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in our manufacturing plant or project location. Your duties may include loading and unloading materials, using a variety of tools and machines, and assisting with construction activities. Successful candidate will be trained and given opportunity for advancement as Certified Fiberglass Technician
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Operate hand and power tools.
- Assist with building and manufacturing of custom Fiberglass components
- Clean and prepare molds for manufacturing process.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ensure safety measures are followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a laborer or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions.
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
