GE Quast Excavating is a well-established excavation contractor serving Ottawa and the surrounding area since 1985. We are seeking dependable, motivated General Labourers to join our team. Wage: $25.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist with excavation and site preparation
- Landscaping and grading
- Septic system installations
- Sewer and water service installations
- Demolition and site clean-up
- Operate hand tools and assist heavy equipment operators
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid G Driver's Licence (DZ Licence is an asset)
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or excavation is an asset
- Experience with septic systems or heavy equipment is considered an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
