Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy festival environment.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Provide professional VIP bottle service.
- Serve guests efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Restock bars, support bartenders, and keep service areas clean and organized.
- Follow Smart Serve regulations and maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or event experience is an asset.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (required for bartenders and bottle service positions).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be available during Caribana Weekend.
- Reliable transportation to the event venue.
