Country Paws Dogplex isn’t simply a place dogs visit—it’s an exciting destination filled with activities, services, shopping and unforgettable experiences for dogs and their humans.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and sales-minded Dogplex Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
This is not an ordinary reception position. You’ll be a welcoming Ambassador reservation expert, tour guide, product specialist and salesperson. You’ll help every guest discover the products, services and experiences that are right for their dog.
Your Role in the Adventure
- Welcome every dog and human with warmth, enthusiasm and a smile
- Create a fun and memorable check-in and check-out experience
- Learn our dogs’ names and make returning guests feel recognized
- Book daycare, boarding, grooming and other Dogplex services
- Provide engaging tours that showcase everything the Dogplex offers
- Learn about our pet products, treats, food and merchandise
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and confidently
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s needs
- Recommend suitable products and services for their dog
- Introduce guests to memberships, promotions and new products
- Help increase retail and service sales through genuine recommendations
- Create attractive displays and keep products organized and well stocked
- Answer telephone calls, emails and customer questions
- Process purchases, payments and reservations accurately
- Communicate special requests to our dog-care teams
- Keep the front counter, lobby and retail areas guest-ready
- Handle customer questions and concerns positively and professionally
- Look for thoughtful ways to surprise and delight our guests

- Energetic and positive in a busy environment
- Organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once
- Dependable, punctual and professional
- Comfortable using computers, booking software and point-of-sale systems
- A strong communicator in person, by telephone and in writing
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, reception or the pet-care industry is an asset. Knowledge of pet products is helpful, but training will be provided.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, learning about products and confidently making recommendations.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
