Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing to meet high cleanliness standards
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
- Prepare and cook simple meals or snacks as needed, demonstrating basic culinary skills to accommodate client preferences
- Organize and maintain household items, ensuring all spaces are tidy and well-arranged
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every visit
Requirements
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus for effective communication with diverse clients
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving household items safely
- Basic cooking skills for preparing simple meals or snacks as required
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and household organization techniques
- Exceptional communication skills to interact politely and professionally with clients
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
