Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently to meet customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques specific to breakfast items
- Strong understanding of food handling and safety procedures
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
