Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage front desk operations, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a brokerage is a plus, but not mandatory. The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a welcoming and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Process client payments accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain records
