What You’ll Be Doing:
- The Voice (Office): Handling inbound calls with a "service-first" mindset. You’ll be booking maintenance, answering questions about our packages, and following up with past customers using our proactive scripts.
- The Face (Field): Visiting residential customers to perform quality checks, dropping off promotional materials in target neighborhoods, and representing Alberta Home Services at local community events.
- The Growth (Promotions): Helping to execute seasonal campaigns (like our Spring Clean-Up Specials) and encouraging happy customers to leave 5-star reviews.
- The Support: Working closely with our technicians to ensure the "Alberta Home Services experience" is seamless from the first call to the final handshake.
Who You Are:
- A Natural Communicator: You have a "smile in your voice" on the phone and a professional, friendly presence in person.
- Self-Motivated: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a customer who needs help and you jump in.
- Organized: You can pivot from office tasks to field visits without breaking a sweat.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and basic scheduling tools.
- Licensed: You have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a clean abstract (for local travel).

Requirements:
- Preffered not Mandatory, 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Brand Ambassadorship.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work occasional weekends (with weekday time off).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
