Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is seeking a Truck Driver to join their team. As a Truck Driver, you will be part of the logistics department supporting transportation operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and a safety-conscious mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Truck Driver
Location: Moncton, NB (Remote work options available)
Pay Range: $80000 - $90000
What's the Job?
- Operate Class 1 trucks to transport goods efficiently and safely across designated routes.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and safety regulations, including travel to the U.S.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and operational standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly.
What's Needed?
- Valid Class 1 driver’s license with the ability to travel to the U.S.
- 1-2 years of driving experience or recent driver training completion.
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations and safety procedures.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules and routes.
