Dented Paintless Repairs Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our Winnipeg team as a Driver & Shop Hand.
This is a great entry-level role for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in doing things properly, and wants to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What You’ll Do
As a Driver & Shop Hand, you’ll help keep the shop running smoothly and ensure vehicles are moved safely and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Safely transporting vehicles between customers, partner shops, vendors, and repair locations
- Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization
- Assisting technicians with vehicle prep and basic support tasks
- Helping with parts runs, inventory, and general shop errands
- Interacting with customers and partners in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting the team with whatever is needed to keep the day moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Punctual, trustworthy, and motivated
- Comfortable working on your feet and around vehicles
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Basic mechanical or vehicle knowledge is an asset, but not required
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in an auto body, dealership, detailing, or repair shop environment
- A passion for vehicles and learning new trades
- Experience driving in Winnipeg winter conditions
- Comfort moving customer vehicles carefully and professionally
