The Role
The Financial Services Manager plays a key role in the sales process by securing financing for new and pre-owned vehicle purchases and guiding customers through the final steps of vehicle ownership.
You will present and recommend finance, warranty, insurance, and protection products while ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently, professionally, and in full compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Secure financing and finalize the sale of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Present and sell warranty, insurance, and vehicle protection products
- Achieve product penetration and revenue targets established by management
- Work closely with Product Advisors and Sales Managers to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
- Maintain the highest level of customer service to support strong customer satisfaction scores
- Ensure 100% compliance with dealership policies, privacy regulations, and lender documentation requirements
- Complete funding and documentation accurately and efficiently

Ideal Candidate
- Previous Automotive Financial Services / F&I experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and management
