Job Summary:
Anderson Works is seeking a motivated Door-to-Door Marketing Representative to help generate leads for our painting and wood restoration business ahead of the busy spring season. You'll be distributing marketing materials and engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods to create awareness and book estimates. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people, and working independently.
Duties:
- Distribute brochures and door hangers in assigned neighborhoods
- Engage with homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their painting and restoration needs
- Answer basic questions about our services and pricing
- Collect contact information from interested homeowners for follow-up
- Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations had, leads generated)
- Report leads and feedback to management regularly
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable, able to work independently
- Comfortable walking and being outdoors for extended periods
- Must have reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods
- Smartphone or device for tracking leads and communication
- No prior experience required, training provided
- Bonus: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
