Bufala Edgemont is seeking a skilled and dynamic Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, prior kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food service. As a key member of our restaurant management team, the Sous Chef will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a high volume, full production restaurant kitchen and must excel in execution on the line. Management experience preferred. This position is full time.

Supporting the Chef in all aspects of Kitchen Management
