Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Construction Labourers to join our dynamic construction team. This role involves supporting various phases of construction projects, from groundwork to finishing touches. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and experience or interest in diverse construction trades. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills across multiple areas of construction while contributing to high-quality building projects.
Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organizing work areas
- Support skilled trades by handling materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Able to lift 100lbs
- working on ladders, working on roofs
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment
- Assist with demolition or removal of old structures as required
Requirements
- Prior construction experience or a strong interest in learning various trades is preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation is desirable
- Knowledge of Exterior Construction
- Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and construction estimating documents
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods on ladders at heights for hours
- Willingness to learn new skills across different construction disciplines
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to job sites as required

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
