Job description:
We are currently hiring Mechanical Technicians for industrial and distribution facility projects across the GTA, Hamilton, London, and KWC regions. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude who are comfortable using hand and power tools in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The successful candidate will assist with equipment installation, basic mechanical tasks, and general site support while following safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Responsibilities
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Assist with equipment installation and setup
- Perform basic mechanical and assembly tasks
- Follow work orders and complete assigned tasks as guided
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards
- Support technicians and team members on industrial projects
- Handle materials and tools required for daily tasks
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge required
- Experience operating hand and power tools including:
- Drill
- Impact gun
- Grinder
- Sawzall
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Industrial, warehouse, or construction experience is an asset
- Must be comfortable working in industrial environments
- Safety-conscious mindset
