Responsibilities
- Carpentry and ironwork
- Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work sites
- Operate basic tools and machinery safely under supervision
- Support welders or operators by providing necessary materials and assistance during project phases
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote efficiency and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
- Carpentry background and ironworking are both desired
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
