Job Description:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success and growth of our dealership. You will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be very driven with a passion for developing a team and growing a variable department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Manage the used vehicle inventory, reconditioning, pricing, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends to stay competitive in the industry.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless dealership operations.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a domestic dealership.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the used vehicle market and pricing trends.
