Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled LICENCED Automotive Technician to join the B-Line team - a family owned shop with over 26 years in operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in automotive repair, ensuring that vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest standards. This role requires a commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of vehicles, including inspections, oil changes, electrical diagnostics, brakes, suspension, tires, etc.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repair tasks.
- Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify necessary repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed during the repair process.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their vehicle's needs and repair options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Familiarity with automotive schematics and diagnostic equipment is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
- Be available to work from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
