Trading Post Brewing is looking for creative, passionate and energetic kitchen team member to join our kitchen crew at our busy Fort Langley Eatery. You’ll help our Chef create memorable meals for our guests. You will be responsible for contributing to our kitchen and culinary program, preparing high-quality food that meets the Trading Post standards, and ensuring that the kitchen is sanitary and well-stocked.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times
-
Report any damages or issues to Chef or General Manger
- Prepare all food to Trading Post specifications
-
Assume 100% responsibility for quality, timeliness & consistency of products prepared and served

Follow directions provided by the Chef and General Manager

Uphold food safety standards
- Ensure proper rotation of deliveries, prepped foods & all food items
-
Have full knowledge of ingredients, dishes and suppliers
-
Keep waste & spoilage to a minimum through rotation, portioning and proper storage

Assist with dish area cleanliness & stock of chemicals when needed

Follow cleaning checklists
-
Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required

Efficiently and promptly resolve problems with customers’ orders

Assist other staff members where needed to ensure the best guest experience
