As a Service Porter at Gateway Chevrolet, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support within our automotive repair facility. The Service Porter will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist in parking and retrieving customer vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and customer waiting areas
- Support service consultants with various tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Provide excellent guest services throughout the customer's visit
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or dealership setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with cash handling is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
