Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care.

- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently for optimal cooking results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Assist with food service duties, including serving customers when needed and managing order flow.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safe preparation and storage of ingredients.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment demonstrating efficiency under pressure.
- Strong understanding of meal preparation processes within the food industry.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining focus on quality standards.
