B Town Auto Sales is an automobile dealership located in the Greater Toronto Area specializing in quality used vehicles. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support administrative operations and coordinate office activities related to vehicle sales and dealership services.
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily administrative activities related to vehicle records, customer documentation and dealership operations.
- Maintain and update records, reports, invoices, inventory documents and other administrative files.
- Organize schedules, prioritize administrative tasks and ensure office procedures are followed.
- Coordinate communication between customers, management and dealership staff to support efficient business operations.
- Prepare reports, correspondence and other administrative documents as required.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment records and coordinate servicing or maintenance when required.
- Assist management with implementing administrative procedures and maintaining operational records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with resolving administrative concerns.
Employment Requirements
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Previous experience of 7 months to 1 year in office administration, administrative coordination or a related position is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is an asset.
