The Role: As a server at Glitch, you’re not just taking orders—you’re crafting experiences. You’ll deliver great food and drinks with warmth and energy, engage with guests to make them feel seen and appreciated, and work with a tight-knit team that’s passionate about hospitality done right.
What You'll Be Rocking Daily:
- Welcoming guests like they’re long-lost friends (because they might just become regulars)
- Knowing our menu inside-out and confidently recommending faves
- Taking and entering orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Delivering food that looks as good as it tastes—and making sure it hits the table fast and fresh
- Checking in with guests throughout their visit to ensure they’re having a top-tier experience
- Proactively clearing and resetting tables
- Responding to guest needs with urgency, attention, and care
- Handling payments, balancing your cash out, and keeping tabs on your sales
- Working collaboratively with your team to keep the good vibes flowing
- Bringing the energy to parties, special events, and weekend rushes
What We're Looking For:
- You’ve got experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting (bonus if you’ve got bartending chops too)
- You’re outgoing, intuitive, and love engaging with people
- You think three steps ahead and anticipate guest needs
- You're available for evening & weekend shifts
- You’re clean, organized, and can hustle without losing your cool
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and are comfortable on your feet for extended shifts
- You’re ProServe certified (or willing to get it)
- You’re over 18 and ready to roll!
