Unlimited Staff is currently hiring an Operations Support Technician for one of our clients in Calgary, Alberta.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, reliable, and organized individual who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, field support, customer service, and technical tasks. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and interested in developing into a Commercial Service Technician role.
This position supports several areas of branch operations, including warehouse duties, technician support, equipment handling, collections, inventory, and general operational assistance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily branch operations in Calgary
- Assist field technicians with service-related tasks and equipment preparation
- Help with warehouse organization, inventory, parts, and equipment handling
- Prepare, move, clean, and organize machines, parts, and tools as required
- Support equipment installations, removals, deliveries, and service work
- Assist with collections and operational follow-up as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
- Keep work areas, tools, equipment, and vehicles organized and safe
- Provide professional support to customers, technicians, and branch management
- Learn and develop technical skills toward becoming a Commercial Service Technician
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on mechanical, technical, warehouse, maintenance, or field-service experience is an asset
- Strong willingness to learn and grow into a technician role
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and field environments
- Valid driver’s licence is preferred
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and company standards
- Must be able to pass a background check if required
