Dalmen Windows is expanding and we are looking for one dynamic and skilled individual to join our team in the role of Service Technician.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform service and repair work on windows, entry doors, and aluminum systems
- Diagnose issues related to installation, hardware, glazing, and sealing
- Complete service calls at residential and commercial job sites
- Adjust, repair, or replace window and door components as required
- Document service work completed and report findings to the service coordinator
- Communicate professionally with clients while on-site
- Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards
- Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Assist with inspections and warranty service when required
Recommended Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in window, door, or aluminum installation/service preferred
- Knowledge of hardware adjustment, glazing replacement, and sealing techniques an asset
- Experience working with Tarion or builder service departments an asset
- Valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Bilingual (English & French) an asset
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service schedules
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a strong work ethic

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
