Job Description
Looking for Greenhouse Supervisor who will work in our greenhouse facility. This is a full time, permanent position which requires day, evening and weekend work. Minimum 50 hours/week, wage will depend on experience. Candidate must have completed high school and have 1-2 years experience in the field. Supervisor will be responsible for training workers, managing over 20 employees, maintain crop production reports, establish work schedules, resolve work related problems and handling heavy workloads, operating a forklift necessary.
Speaking Spanish is an asset. Must have own transportation to and from work. Supervisor will be working under hot/humid conditions in the greenhouse and cold conditions in the warehouse. Hours vary due to crop production.
Health Canada Security Clearance, an asset.
