The Research Associate will apply their expertise and knowledge to research projects in the Centre for Education Research & Innovation under the direction of Principal Investigators, and will carry out and oversee original, independent research to assist the PIs in achieving their research outcomes. The position will play a lead role in training staff, graduate students, undergraduate students and/or post-doctoral fellows, and in resolving issues that arise in the research environment. The Research Associate will support and operationalize new and innovative research opportunities as requested, and participate in the development, implementation, and dissemination of research. The role will coordinate recruitment, implement data collection and data analysis, and prepare manuscripts, reports and other written material for presentations and/or submissions to various stakeholders as required.
