We are looking for a part-time cleaner for evenings and weekends to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
About Us:
Clearwater Cleaning is a locally owned, insured, and WSIB covered cleaning company. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail, and using high-quality products (primarily Norwex). All supplies and equipment are provided.
Position: Part-Time Commercial Cleaner
We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our hardworking team. The ideal candidates are efficient, dependable, and take pride in their work.
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1-1.75 hours and starting between 4:30-5:30pm
Saturday: 3-4 clients, 1-2 hours each and starting between 8-9am
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens. We are deep cleaners and this is a very physical job.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with our clients
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment and moving of furniture (with a partner)
- Work efficiently and independently to complete tasks on time
- Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for clients
- Keen eye for details. We are deep cleaners with high standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning is an asset
- Keen eye for detail and high cleaning standards. You need to be able to see the dirt to clean the dirt.
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to handle physical demands in a fast-paced environment
- Must provide a clean police background check upon hiring
- Knowledge of Norwex products is an asset, but not required
- Valid G2 driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required (gas allowance provided) to travel between clients throughout Lambton County
- Washer/Dryer to launder your cloths (we provide the detergent and there is a laundry allowance given)
- Evening and weekend availability required.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
