This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity to drive the organization’s data integration modernization end to end. You’ll lead the data platform build‑out, establish the integration framework and process playbooks, and bring consistency and reliability to how data moves with customers and across our enterprise systems. With clear business driven data governance and essential operational visibility demands, you’ll shape both the technology and the data integration program—building a data management foundation that frontline teams, operational leaders, and customers depend on every day.
Role Purpose
This role provides the opportunity to define and lead the organization’s future-state data integration program. The Manager, Data and Integration will lead the platform build‑out, define standard data integration framework and process playbooks, and ensure reliable, secure and trusted operational visibility, BI dashboards and data analytics capabilities for the business from a single source of truth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing data and integration team, aligning priorities to business outcomes and IT strategy.

Provide end-to-end ownership for intake, governance, and delivery of data and integration initiatives.

Lead vendor and partner engagement to ensure sustainable data architecture, strong delivery outcomes, and internal IT capability growth.

Collaborate closely with business leaders across operations, finance, HR, and shared services to align priorities and resolve issues effectively

Champion and enable strong data governance, standards adoption, and data quality practices across the data integration and BI analytics landscape.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of enterprise data, systems integration, reporting, and data management frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to define and execute data integration strategy in a complex, operationally focused environment.

Strong project leadership, communication and change management experience, within operationally intensive industries (e.g., transportation, logistics, supply chain) is strongly preferred.

Ability to translate business priorities into a practical roadmap and team delivery plan.
Experience
-
Progressive experience building or scaling a centralized data platform or enterprise integration hub that reliably supports analytics, reporting, and operational use cases across the organization.

Demonstrated experience leading and evolving modern, cloud-based data platforms, providing clear accountability for platform design, standards, and roadmap across technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Synapse.

Experience leading and developing high-performing data and integration teams, with a focus on clear accountabilities and continuous improvement.

Experience establishing enterprise data governance framework, including data ownership and accountability models, data quality standards, metadata and lineage management, and master data and stewardship practices.

Experience working with operational platforms such as ERP, TMS, CRM, HRIS, finance, or similar enterprise systems.
