Responsibilities
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, text message, and online platforms
- Conduct apartment tours and showings for prospective tenants
- Guide clients through the leasing process from the initial showing to lease signing
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants by delivering exceptional customer service
- Follow up with qualified leads provided by our team
- Collect and review rental applications and supporting documents
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers throughout the leasing process
- Maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Meet leasing goals while contributing to the success of the team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or real estate is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle (required)
